GF Easter Bread - Glutenvrije Klaaskoeken

I named this 'Easter bread' because I don't know how to name it otherwise. It's supposed to be something like our Flemish "Klaaskoeken". It's slightly sweet, and it's mostly eaten for breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon. It tastes great with just butter, or with cheese. Or if you're really hungry: Cut it in half, butter it and put some pieces of chocolate in between. With a cup of hot (chocolate)milk. De-licous.

Next time I'll bake them more slowly, the crust should be more soft than crispy. I've already adjusted the recipe.

Easter Bread

Ingredients:
• 250g GF flour mix
• 1 t instant yeast
• 50g sugar
• pinch of salt
• some cinnamon
• 1 egg
• 40g butter, melted
• 200ml lukewarm milk
• I also added 50g ORGRAN "GF Gluten Substitute" but I don't know whether it made much difference.

Mix all the dry ingredients. Add the butter and the egg, and stir. Slowly add the milk, mix well. Beat it for a couple of minutes with an electric mixer if you can.
Form small rolls and let it rise for at least an hour.
Bake for 30min at 175°C - 200°C.
