Great GF Cake !

It 's been quite a while since I 've posted a blog. I 've tried out several great recipes, but I forgot to make pictures and I have a real lack of energy, so I didn't feel like blogging. But this cake is so delicious, I had to write it down ! This blog is more like an online recipebook for myself anyways ;-)

Oh. And all my effords to eat gluten-free are paying off, apparently. I had a check-up at the hospital, and the doctor said that the celiac disease is under control. Which is great. (Too bad I don't feel better... Ah, well).

GF Vanilla Cake

• 4 eggs
• 200g sugar
• Vanilla
• 50g corn starch
• 150g rice flour mix
• 200g melted quality butter

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until creamy, white and fluffy. Add the flours and butter, mix and beat again. Pour the batter in a cake form and bake for about 45min at 180°C.

It 's just a simple vanilla cake, but, oh, it 's so light and fluffy. Not a bit dry !

ps. Try this great cornbread recipe ! (I omitted the chiles) So very yummy.
