Gluten free Apple Cake
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs
• 2 pack of Vanilla sugar
• 200g regular sugar (I used slightly less sugar)
• 200g corn meal
• 200g vegetable oil or butter
• about 3 apples (more or less, to taste)
• some Cinnamon
Mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add half of the corn meal, mix well. Then add half of the oil. Mix well, and repeat. Add the apples and some cinnamon (to taste). Put the batter in a baking mould and put in a pre-heated oven at 150°C. Bake for about one hour. Let cool and remove from the form.
