- 500g gluten-free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 11g dry yeast
- 350 ml water

It worked out quite well, I guess. It looks fine, it even tastes okay.
More than I could hope for ! (As I have heard that baking gluten-free bread isn't as easy as regular bread...)
For the moment, I am a bit sorry that me being coeliac limits my baking adventures so much (gluten-free flour costs quite a lot !), but on the other hand... it can be exciting too. We'll see what I'll make of it. And I'll manage :-)

Hi there! Your first attempt at GF bread turned out much better than my first attempt! I've only been baking GF since May, so only a few months. There are so many resources available online, that recipes are easier to find. Would hate to try to switch to a GF diet before the internet. Yikes!
Thanks for popping by my blog, I appreciate it! Don't be scares of the GF diet, it'll all turn out alright. :)
Hello,
I love the look of that bread, I love to make bread as well, but never really try gluten free bread. Maybe I should give it a try one day.
Cheers, Elra
You did a great job on your first try! I can't begin to recommend Jeanine's site...wonderful treasure trove of rgf recipes!
Keep it up!
