CousCous.

• 125 ml Bouillon (Herbs Or Vegetables)
• 2 Tablespoons Lemonjuice - If You Like That. You Can Leave it Out.
• 1 Yellow Paprika (Or Another Color, if You Like those Better)
• 75 g Couscous (Or Quinoa --> Gluten-free !)
• 1 Red Onion
• 100 g Feta
• 6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 100 g Spinach
• Chilipowder (or Cayenne) and Garlic

Prepare the couscous with the bouillon: let the bouillon boil, and pour it over the couscous. Let it swell for about 6 minutes.
Make a dressing of the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Shred the onion and add this to the dressing. Cut the paprika into small pieces. Add the paprika and spinach to the dressing. Mix well.
Scoop the couscous through the dressing and crumble the feta on top.
