• 200 g Smoked Salmon
• One Bottle of (Low Fat) Cream
• Some Butter
• Herbs (according to your own taste: basil, thyme, pepper, etc.)
• Spinach
Boil the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the salmon in small slices (approx. 1 cm).
Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the cream and half of the salmon. Let the mixture warm up without boiling. Add the herbs to the sauce.
Stir the sauce until the salmon is done (approx. 3 to 4 minutes).
Mix the boiled pasta and the sauce. Divide the pasta and sauce over the plates and decorate with the rest of the salmon, fresh spinach and some herbs.
